Stan joined ITS Logistics in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer after 6 years with Industrial Service Solutions (ISS).

ISS is the largest and most diversified private equity-held industrial services MRO provider in the United States with 2,500 employees.

As ISS's Chief Financial Officer, Stan was responsible for all aspects of ISS’s Financial Operations, M&A, Capital Markets, Treasury and Debt management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Risk Management, IS and IT functions along with being a key interface with private equity partners, lenders and investors.

Prior to ISS, Stan spent 15 years with Fiddler’s Creek Community / Gulf Bay Group of Companies, the largest privately-owned residential and hospitality real estate development and operations company in Southwest Florida. For 7 years, Stan was the company’s Corporate Controller, responsible for all financial and reporting aspects of the company’s multi-faceted real estate development and hospitality operations.

He was also Corporate Controller for several business units over his 15-year tenure with Fiddler’s Creek Community / Gulf Bay Group of Companies. Stan holds numerous professional certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

He also holds an MS in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University, an MS in Finance from University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria, and a BS in Finance from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.
