With a leadership track record that spans both start-ups and FORTUNE 500 companies, Peter brings more than 20 years of CIO and supply chain leadership experience to ITS. He most recently served as a transformational CIO at Matson (NYSE: MATX), a $3.5 billion publicly traded logistics, transportation, and supply chain company. There, he led Matson’s successful multi-year enterprise transformation thus enabling Matson to become the industry’s first 100% cloud-enabled provider.

Prior to Matson, Peter was Vice President, Products at GT Nexus, a pioneer in SaaS global supply chain software that was acquired by Infor for $675 million in 2015. He also served as the first CIO of APL Logistics, a large global 3PL whose growth strategy was fueled by technology.

Today, Peter is focused on sharing his expertise with the next generation of organizational innovators. He writes, lectures, and advises about fearless leadership and the realities of achieving real digital transformation, as well as sustainable innovation as the sweet spot between complacency and burnout.
