Paul Brashier, Vice President of Global Supply Chain
Paul Brashier is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at ITS Logistics. Paul is responsible for maintaining strategic customer relationships, engaging with clients, and collaborating with key vendors. He also acts as a subject matter expert to the media and external organizations and represents the division at industry events. His duties extend to network design, network engineering, supply chain consulting, implementation, and handling unique special projects.
Paul started at ITS Logistics as the Training and Recruiting Director, then was promoted to Operations Director, overseeing training, recruiting, and procurement. He started the Drayage and Intermodal division and moved accounting to Reno, Nevada. As the division grew, he became Drayage and Intermodal Director, responsible for operations, staff, strategic planning, and vendor and carrier relationships. In 2018, he was promoted to Vice President of Drayage and Intermodal.
Paul takes great pride in collaborating with ITS' innovative executive team leading significant paradigm shifts within the organization. He also enjoys travelling across North America as a representative of ITS to build relationships with key customers, vendors and industry organizations.
Before joining ITS Logistics in 2015, Paul was a Senior Sales Account Executive at Schneider National and served as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola and Coors in Southwest Montana.
Paul's initial exposure to the supply chain industry came during his time at Coca-Cola and Coors when he worked on the end-user side of the product. This experience sparked his interest in understanding the complex logistics involved in bringing products to distribution centers and customers.
Outside of his professional life, Paul enjoys baseball (go Brewers!) and has a fondness for deep-sea fishing. Paul shares his passion for travel and exploration with his wife. They aim to visit every state in the US and have already explored a large portion of the western and southeastern states.
