Adam Angle, Senior Vice President
Adam Angle first joined ITS Logistics in 2012 and has held the title of Senior Vice President since 2020. In his current role, he is involved in operations, sales, procurement, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives. Outside of his core responsibilities, Adam is an ambassador to the ITS culture and is passionate about continued innovation within the organization.
Originally hired as Sales Manager, the functions of Adam’s initial role at ITS included overseeing customers, carriers, people, developing in-depth training programs and team modules, finance, and operations that contributed to the foundation of the organization’s asset-lite division. As the division rapidly grew and evolved, Adam was promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales in 2016.
Prior to joining ITS, Adam was introduced to the logistics industry through his role with international freight forwarder Naniq Global Logistics. He received an education in freight by fire, working around international time zones, global challenges, and earning the knowledge that has made him an asset to ITS.
Commercial banking was Adam’s world for nearly 9 years before taking the leap into logistics. He started off as an account executive and was promoted to Vice President of Sales, operating first as an individual contributor and earning the platform to lead a sales team.
A natural born businessman and leader from a young age, Adam managed one of the top producing Taco Bells in California at just 18 years old. He held many roles including general manager, marketing training manager, and regional support manager, eventually running his own store in congruence with the other locations in the Reno-Tahoe area. Adam also completed the Toastmasters program at a young age, learning public speaking and leadership skills that led him to be a confident speaker, communicator, and leader.
Adam was born in Pomona, CA and lived throughout Northern California and Orange County but found himself drawn to Northern Nevada for the four seasons (especially the snow) and friendly residents. He is happily married with two children and enjoys all the activities the Reno-Tahoe area has to offer including camping, fishing, snowboarding, hunting, and gardening. Adam is a firm believer in attitude and effort; he believes in giving 100% every day to enjoy all that life has to offer.
