Supply Chain Dive recently featured our VP of Global Supply Chain Paul Brashier in a panel covering this year's supply chain outlook, which included keynote speaker US Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. A big thanks to Buttigieg for mentioning ITS Logistics and our participation with the FLOW program.
"Our department launched a groundbreaking new platform to aggregate and share supply chain data among private and public stakeholders, which we call FLOW—Freight Logistics Optimization Workflow, including many companies who are a part of today's program, like ITS Logistics," said Pete Buttigieg, United States Secretary of Transportation. "FLOW started just a few short years ago, and it really began as a rough sketch on a piece of paper with a few initial participants coming together on a handshake.
"It has now grown to more than 170 active or currently onboarding companies and organizations. And I think the speed and the scale that flow has evolved really reflects the importance of our shared goal, which is to share secure, transparent data to help protect American businesses and American families from global supply chain disruptions and elevated costs."
