Mitch John is the Vice President of Client Success at ITS Logistics, overseeing operations and account management to ensure the delivery of positive and beneficial service offerings to both clients and their customers. In this role, Mitch collaborates with operations and clients to develop action plans addressing any issues that may arise, thereby enhancing overall relationships and preserving the value provided to clients. Mitch understands the inevitability of challenges but emphasizes the importance of working with clients as partners rather than engaging in purely transactional interactions.

This is Mitch's first position at ITS, he was encouraged to join based on a recommendation from a former colleague. Mitch transitioned into his new position smoothly as ITS Logistics doubled its distribution and fulfillment footprint during the first year in his role at the company. The decision to move to ITS was influenced by the promising growth prospects, positive company culture and past colleagues who encouraged him to apply.

Before joining ITS, Mitch served as a site leader at Radial and played a crucial role in launching the west coast facility for Jet.com, which later became part of Walmart. Mitch initially worked in sales but found a great opportunity to start a career in distribution at Arrow Electronics. With a career spanning 15 years in the logistics industry, Mitch also contributed to the successful launch of the west coast facility for Chewy.com.

Beyond work, Mitch is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his daughters, whether it's attending soccer games, snowboarding, or going on trips.
