Manny McElroy holds the title of Senior Vice President of Transportation at ITS Logistics and oversees the day-to-day domestic transportation for the company as well as the commercial sales strategy across the organization. Having been in this role since 2021, Manny first joined the company in 2012 and was quickly elevated to progressively responsible roles.

Prior to SVP, Manny acted as the Vice President of Sales, and was responsible for overseeing customer relations across the business and the outside sales team. His roles before that included Director of Sales, Director of Expedited Division, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive. Manny consistently produced in his sales roles, overseeing enterprise teams that produced 60 – 70% of the company’s revenue.

Throughout it all, Manny takes pride in seeing his team members develop in their personal and professional lives, considering himself to be a culture-driver at ITS. He chose to join the organization because of its opportunity for growth and the strong culture of like-minded, driven individuals. His natural knack for sales and building sustainable relationships has been the perfect match for the ITS culture.

Before joining ITS, Manny spent nearly two years at OHL as a sales executive and decided to leave the company when they were bought out by XPO. He began his career in the logistics industry as a sales executive on the floor in the bullpen at Schneider National in 2010.

Manny was rewarded with a scholarship to play baseball as a pitcher at California State University of Long Beach. Prior to this, Manny was selected as an All American and Pitcher of the Year at Bakersfield Junior College. He has taken his love of the game to further drive value in team-based environments and welcomes healthy competition in the workplace.

Happily married with three children, Manny and his family enjoy traveling, playing sports, spending time in the great outdoors, and actively volunteering in the local community and Church. He and his wife enjoy hosting their friends and family at home, barbequing, and smoking food for all of their guests to enjoy. Go Dodgers!
