Randall Cason is the Vice President of Commercial Strategy for ITS Logistics and is responsible for “growth mode” at the company.

Randall leads the ITS Logistics National Account sales team across all ITS business units, and originally joined the team in 2022 as Vice President of National Accounts. Taking a “boots on the ground” approach with customers, he cultivates a creative atmosphere and exhibits a locker room mentality as a leader.

Prior to ITS, Randall was most recently the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at XPO Logistics, Director of Sales at JB Hunt, and has also owned several of his own logistics companies.

With over 40 years of industry experience, Randall got his start in the industry right out of college with JB Hunt as the company’s first management trainee. As an industry veteran, Randall was drawn to ITS for the high-performance culture and fast-paced growth.

Outside of his professional life, Randall enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church, and enjoying the great outdoors.
